Depression & Low Mood

When you don't quite feel like yourself anymore.

Perhaps things you used to enjoy don't seem to interest you as much. You might feel exhausted even when you haven't done much, struggle to find motivation or find yourself withdrawing from people without really knowing why.

Maybe you're still getting up, going to work and doing everything that's expected of you, but it all feels like more of an effort than it used to. Or perhaps even the smallest things have started to feel overwhelming.

Depression and low mood don't look the same for everyone. For some people, there's a deep sadness or sense of hopelessness. For others, it's more of a numbness, irritability or feeling disconnected from themselves and the people around them.

In online therapy for depression and low mood, we can take time to understand what you're experiencing and what might be contributing to how you feel. That might involve exploring difficult experiences, relationships, expectations you've placed on yourself or things you've been carrying for a long time.

Therapy isn't about telling you to think positively or expecting you to suddenly feel better. It's about understanding what's brought you to this point, making sense of how you're feeling and gradually finding ways to reconnect with yourself, the people around you and the things that matter to you.
